First saw Acts of blood when watching one of the games events in like june. played the demo, didnt feel as smooth, but it was still pretty fun. Hope the full release will be as cool as the trailer looks

I played it earlier this year and yeah it’s kino. Like actual kino. It feels like playing a kung-fu movie. But it’s not a movie game.
IMO really fun but content-wise it’s like a game from the PS2 era so bloatwarefags won’t enjoy it

Beat the game, spent some time in the arena, I'm good enough to know how bad I really am. Any tips to fully grasp the game's mechanics? Moves that I'm probably not using but should be?

Doesn't even work because there are multiple ways in which you can respond to each enemy action - block, parry, avoid, dodge, interupt with special, evasive attack, hyperarmor attack etc etc etc
It's also more about controling the flow of the fight than spamming counters

i got about halfway through it before i got distracted by another game, think the last level i did was in a museum or something. i should finish it someday, the combat was very unique, but i remember feeling like there was room for improvement if they made a sequel

I liked Sifu a lot but only beat it in Student mode because dodging low attacks annoyed me.
I don't want to have to use another type of button combo just to dodge low attacks that completely breaks the flow.

the best part of this game is that the director follows jk rowling and sometime he said trannies are mutilation abominations or something like that

Go into training mode and go through their lessons if you haven't already

Are you aware that stuff like the Duck Strike and Low Blow act as high attack dodges? As in you can time them just as an enemy attacks and you'll both dodge their high attacks and attack them back which I think stuns them harder on a counter attack.
Same with snap kick and low attacks.
The charged backfist is amazing if you can time it just as enemies start attacking.

i can't adequately explain why i didn't like sifu, there was just something about the movement and i didn't like how many different moves there were
i'm long past my doa days of memorizing combo lists
