no but the difference between a developer and a modding community are the amount of heads. a developer is usually restricted by in-house testing which is usually not done a lot of people, whereas a modding community is thousands of people working alone or together so it's easier for the wide-net to find bugs.
as far as fixing them though i think developers like bethesda dont do fixes/patches very often because it would break a ton of those mods which their games are practically known for

Guess this is about the latest dtrh? Stories/post like this make me nervous and I don't like them. Remember how 4Chan was before the news/media did stories about this place? Same thing applies. Stories like this just draw unnecessary attention and pulls in outsiders with there own opinions, agenda, thoughts and ideas that end up fucking up something that is established. I could be offbase/wrong and so be it, but I've seen this before and this is step 1, exposure.

Welcome to the modern world of constant psychological manipulation and narrative construction.
