I think it has mostly to do with my brain chemistry/hormones. When I was fat, I just wanted to game. Now that I'm fit, it's hard for me to do nothing all day. I don't have kids yet, but I love dancing with my wife randomly throughout the day. I set up a whole house music system and we'll dance with each other when doing chores here and there.
