AQ is very dated, not sure I would recommend unless you want a nostalgic experience. Dragonfable is probably the best in terms of actual combat mechanics and storytelling, but I think that AQW has the most to offer overall and it's by far the most updated one. AQW Infinity (not flash version of AQW) is also coming out some time in the next decade and you can transfer your progress in AQW to it.
I liked AQ3D at the start, but it is far too much like a generic MMORPG to play, complete with ridiculous amounts of walking through oversized areas and far too expensive mounts to compensate (that don't even speed it up that much). Also the red attack outlines don't actually line up with the hitboxes or the timings of the attacks.
