When I look at videos that feature cages, I wonder if the person was already small to begin with. I got my thingy big so I can't even imagine wearing one even just to try it, it just looks impossible.

As a grower, I go from 4cm flaccid to around 16cm erect, the flat cage I bought feels great to wear it's much more comfortable than any other I've had.
