for short form experiences:
- Pinball FX (Who Dunnit, Medival Madness, Bride of Pinbot, Black Rose, ect are some recommend tables)
- Metal Slug 1
- Super C
- Demon Crush (more pinball)
- Windjammers
- Neo Turf Masters
- Ring of Pain
- Roller Coaster Tycoon 2

long form experiences:
- Genshin Impact (gatcha game started life as Zelda clone)
- Honkai Star Rail (gatcha game 4 niggas in a row turn based)
- Zenless Zone Zero (gatcha game fairly flashy but not sure what it is similar to)
- Elden Ring and Fromsoftware games in general
- Dungeon Keeper 1
- Final Fantasy Tactics (pick your flavor, PS1, Advance, A2, ect)

as you may figure i like my short form games more.

The Long Dark and Obenseuer are just survival games I like. Comfy and chill but not 'le wholesome' experience and are actually difficult. You can tweak the experiences to get into them better but I like picking them up for a bit.
