Microsoft's handling of the XBOX 360 RROD
-Engineers knew well there was a heat problem
-Tried warning their superios but it was ignored
-System released, with a 50%+ failure rate
-Microsoft refused to cover it under warranty at first
-Massive backlash on forums worldwide
-Microsoft caved in to pressure and started covering it under warranty, but refused to replace your unit and only offered a cheap "refurbish"
-It took Microsoft several years and about 5 motherboard revisions to finally fix the overheating issue causing the RROD

Like buddy I get it they made money off of you but the only reason you have any success in your life to begin with was because you were on the show.
