It's a tough choice. I guess Lara, but only the one from TR Legends, which is where she peaked. Also, Spyro's games on the PS2 were dogshit and I didn't even check out the ps3 one.

Spyro and Crash always felt like me-too platformers, and both went to shit as soon their original devs fucked off to Jak and Ratchet respectively.

Lara is also important, but her games got just as shitty. And even if she didn't exist there were already female sex symbols fromt he same time (Tifa, Jill Valentine, etc.).
