Larry decks Lee with intent to kill him after Lee spent most of the first episode going out his way to gain access to the meds he needed.
Kenny will come back and save Lee from Larry's attempted murder even if Lee was utter scum to Kenny the entire time and even advocated throwing Duck out of the store when confronted.
