i have mixed feelings about the game
i really like the puzzles and metapuzzles, however the amount of backtracking and repeating puzzles to move about is a major strike against the game
story wise, the bits of lore about the dungeon and its masters is fun, but the cutscenes and yuri stuff is not really my cup of tea
it's hard to rate the game. some aspects are 10/10, while others are like 4/10.
i've enjoyed the experience, but can't decide if i'd recommend the game or not.

>Lillie instead decides to talk with her real mother instead
She died from breast cancer before the start of Lilith Route, anon. That whole part where Lillie made peace with Gray and asking for nothing else was the entire reason she was able to save Lily and fulfill Gray's wish. Lillie's wish was to say goodbye to Gray, not to save Lily.
Lily getting to live a life of freedom is the cherry on top.

There really aren't any hidden secrets, everything is pretty much out in the open to screengrab for later, but if all you do is move blocks to beat the puzzles, you're missing half of the game.

Maybe, but I figure she's too busy salvaging a doomed timeline to care.

some things i've discovered by complete accident because you'd not try those things under normal circumstances such as falling on B255, or discovering early that black statues over stairs resets the game
Anonymous No.718128980
i still have no idea what triggers glowing orbs or stranger creature to appear, nor how many can be found in the game
also, i'm playing lillith a second time and discovering a bunch of things that weren't there the first time around, like crystals and eus appearing, and i don't know if it's a meta element of the game or if it was because i was dead for most of my first run with her
only when i exhaust everything i can think of will i consider looking up things that i missed
you can only play a game the first time once, and this game plays heavily into secret knowledge that i am adamant about not spoiling

Yeah, this one was fucked. I got the idea of the puzzle, but actually figuring out how they fit together was just impossible. Finally just googled it, and it seems like even the people that took the time to screenshot every floor and try to make it that way still had a really hard time.
It's weird. Outside of this literal one exception, I would hold up Void Stranger as the gold standard for how to do obtuse puzzles that ask the player to think outside the box. All of the others (except for the ultra secret shit) are difficult but fair. They just flubbed it hard with this one particular puzzle somehow.

the major one is being alive or dead
but also pulling the brane number out and ending up in the void is a permanent(?) and mysterious thing still after playing 3 different characters. same with engraving your brand, since banging on the cervix "crashes" the game and the only remedy is a black statue reset
a different thing that is still puzzling me is the alphabet/code that comprises the entire 9th circle, and mon's message that clearly shows how to use the code, but once again, after playing the game with 3 different characters, i have yet to discover what the hell its good for. i suspected it was to decode brands, but to no avail, and i haven't found another thread that it connects to yet, which is getting a little old for how prominent a feature of the landscape this is
i also don't know if giving locust to mon at all the different places he shows up changes anything about the game (i doubt it, but it's in the back of my mind)
