I fuck with a local brand I found here lately I can't remember what it's called but their ghost pepper salsa roja sauce is unreal. When I'm feeling lame I usually just go for Cholula or Frank's.

Hot sauce is great when it gives some punch to a stew or whatever. But I don't see the appeal of that "uber anusfucker 9000" stuff. It just seems like it overwhelms every other flavor. Also man, do I love video games.

You've gotta use it right or it 100% does. A couple drops too many on something it doesn't work with turns your dinner into feeling like you're just eating hot sauce. It's also good for that, when you fuck up cooking something but don't want to waste it you can just mask the taste with hot sauce and it's edible again. Also, I hate video games.

Tried my hand at hot honey, used reapers from the garden and honey from my neighbors bees.
I was genuinely surprised just how well honey absorbs flavor, it tastes like all the best parts of the Carolina reaper.
I've been putting it on anything I can make an excuse to, meats, pizza, etc.
I even put the hot honey on oatmeal, it was good.
I just love the floral taste of super hots.
