I have 37K carats and I'm wondering if I should drop a roll or two on Super Creek to fix my shit deck

I have 23.5k carats right now and I'm saving up for seiun sky who drops in like a month.
Mathmatically it should only take 134 pulls (20250k carats) to get her with the rate up and I should also easily be able to get enough for a pity until then, but I am also in desperate need of super creek for that swinging maestro as my stamina is always hurting due to getting fucked hard with stamina cards pulls with my best one being a 0LB manhattan cafe. As far as I know there won't be another creek banner, at least not according to the uma.moe timeline. Can't really borrow it either since I only have a 0LB kitasan. Is it fine to send like 30 pulls towards the current banner in hopes of getting lucky with it or should I try holding out until the aniversary before pulling?

Unless you really like her character, you can get by with borrowing her as a parent to pass down her unique skill. Creek however can carry you for around 2 years before getting powercrept. Creek also work at 0* for Maestro, though she is pretty shitty at 0*. I think even getting a single copy of her is fine then use uncap items on her later.

Isn't 3 stamina cards overkill? Having only 2 speed with no power cards doesn't sound like a sound strategy.
I usually run 3 speed and 2 stam and it's comfy sailing all the way through although I don't aim to design my Umas for PvP

My A+ Golshi for CM ran 5 speed 1 stam (borrowing MLB Creek). Her +20% Stam makes a rainbow for MLB Creek gives a good amount of stats, especially if there are additional supports.
But I use 15*stam 3*pow as parents, so you might need a different composition if you have different sparks.

How do you guys (non-whales) deal with the fact that you'll never pull on all your favorite umas?

I got memed into being a meta slave for the kitasan banner and all I have to show for it is a 1LB kita (including the pity copy), a 0LB sweep, a 1LB cafe and a bunch of other random junk that isn't even worth mentioning
I'm content to just borrow someone's creek for maestro and not care about cards anymore because trying to pull for those feels infinitely worse than losing a horse roll. it's like the difference between losing on a $1 scratch off and on a $20 scratch off despite both costing the same amount of carats
