10/10, great game if you like autistically detailed health systems and performing surgery on yourself after stepping on a landmine all while listening to the pained whimpers of a cute character you'd rather hug.

actually fuck thats a good one, been looking into playing it myself and i do want to see a proper full release, it looks so interesting and you can inject industrial quantities of fent and die

You should. Maybe I'm a big ol' softie, but watching my brain damaged fox-rat-thing bleed out in a hole while swearing, speaking in tongues, having seizures, and praying was legitimately distressing to me in a way that I hadn't experienced in a video game before that point. You start caring less as you get more used to it but man those first few runs are a uniquely intense experience.

The game does a good job making you care about your character, partially by making death an absolutely horrifying gut-wrenching experience and partially by punishing you for bad decisions by removing your ability to see. It's rough around the edges but very neat.
