I've discovered air-fried frozen broccoli and holy shit it's actually nice tossed with salt, pepper, garlic and smoked paprika. Only a tiny bit of spray oil required. Filling too.
As someone from the British Isles, the air fryer has completely changed veg for me. For too long I was raised on either veg boiled into mush (no seasoning), or veg boiled almost into mush with a fuckton of butter added.
It's either that for BEANS for me.
