Scout: Doubles his speed, gives him unlimited jumps and gives him infinite ammo, but his scattergun's spread increases by 10% with each shot.
Pyro: Already has one. Phlog Crits. 20% slower movement speed.
Soldier: Free rocket jumps, very slight homing on rockets fired while in midair. Takes minicrits, but zero knockback while in midair.
Demoman: Reduce all buildings within 1250 HU to 25 HP. Can't attack until the animation finishes.
Heavy: Lock down in place, gain 85% damage resistance, infinite ammo, and 400% fire rate increase. Remain locked in place for 1.5 seconds while the damage resistance ramps down.
Engineer: Temporarily increase all building levels by one, for 45 seconds, even if they're fully upgraded.
Level 4 Sentry: 25% faster fire rate, extra rockets.
Level 4 Dispenser: Instantly refill with ammo and metal, double capacity, refill rate remains the same, 50% faster healing rate.
Level 4 Teleporters: Instantly recharge, downgrade to level 3 after 50% of your teammates (Not enemy Spies) pass through, even if the timer has not elapsed.
Sniper: (Adjusted to have damage falloff normally, limiting his effective range.) Remove Damage falloff. That's it.
Spy: Apply a Cloak state that allows the Spy to move 100% faster and pass through enemies, alerting them when it happens, cause false alerts at random regardless of proximity. The Spy may not lower cloak or attack until the meter is drained, and will not be able to begin disguising for 1 second after cloak is dropped.
Medic: Spread Invuln to teammates in a 500 HU radius. This will protect each teammate from five sources of damage, no matter how much or how little they do. Good for making a final push on an objective, but not gamebreaking nor supplanting the Ubercharge. The Medic does not receive the buff himself.
