I want a game where main damage-dealer to be a big tough girl and the healer is a boy. At least in Dragon Quest 3 I can kinda do this.

The answer is this isn't a simple dichotomy
The DnD cleric is not a dedicated healer. There is none in DnD. Some retards don't understand that, healing is more of an after combat thing in DnD and 5e's design that allows death tanking is ridiculous and shouldn't be encouraged.
JRPG healer characters aren't clerics and have never really supposed to be.

That all being said, in vidya I want my healers cute. Either sex works

There's space for both Priests (healer in robes) and Clerics, (Warpriests).
Paladins can fit in there somewhere too.

Healers should be pro gamer boys reincarnated into frail little girls, that are surprisingly tough, and can handle a lot of abuse.

More armor/weapon=less heals simple as

Dragon Quest 4 does that with Alena's party.
Chrono Trigger has Ayla, and Frog and Robo can heal well.
Etrian Odyssey lets you do that.
That's doable on games with a job system like FFIII DS, FFV, and Bravely Default.
You can sorta do that in Tales of Eternia if you play Farah and slot Keele with healing magic.
Berseria does that with Velvet and Laphicet.

I'd love to see some more games come out where men are the heroes again and women are properly feminine either in the kitchen or making babies for the heroes. Why did Toriyama seem to get this with Dragon Ball yet almost nobody else does in this gamer industry?

Can you imagine an RPG actually releasing with real actually proper gender roles? This would shake the foundation of the industry because women would have to take a back seat due to being too frail.

But then they told him to make a new saga so he came up with Androids #19 and #20. But then he was told they looked like shit so he made the twins. I want a game where priest/white mage is a pure healer or healer + buffer, while cleric is a healer + tank or healer + dps.
If everyone has two roles you could make some interesting party comps.
