I'm unemployed so I've invested way too much time into looking at this. At first I was convinced this troon was cheating. Then I checked his steam on steamid.uk...
He'd requested to have all his data removed, suspicious. Then I checked his profile on the waybackmachine. I saw that he has 1.3k hours on Kovaak's aim trainer and several FPS games with thousands or hundreds of hours on record. 10 years on steam, not a single ban. People claim to have seen his alts, but nobody posts links or manages to prove that they are linked to him, or that they even have bans on record. None of the suspected accounts of his that I could find have bans on record and that combined with the high amount of aim training I can only conclude that it's a legit player.

the giveaway is not crosshair since we can always fake accuracy in its startup frames, making like they "miss" few shots.

Its the camera movements that confirm the aim is artificial . When real players do quick flick shot like these, there are always random camera jitters at the end because the brain tries to correct itself. Happens even if you have 10000h muscle memory.
It's very hard fake random camera (pov) jitters and make it less smooth-y "snap" because it's a combination of mouse and keyboard movement.

Either the game has builtin mouse jitter correction and make everything butterfly smooth when you spin 180. Or he uses some sort of aim assist program.

One of the most signature signs of a good aim is extremely smooth mouse movement. Snaps and flicks beyond the 45 degree cone from the crosshair aren't supposed to happen in 1/60th of a second on his own screen. A legit aim would have a lot more and importantly a lot faster corrections compared to this.
