First her skin, then her muscles, then her bones, all begin to become younger until she's about the age of a 16-year-old again. While this is happening to the great grandmother, the rest of the world also experiences a change, where people's illnesses disappear, they stop aging or de-age, and suddenly all their immediate desires and wishes are granted. So long as no individual harms another individual, ever person can have whatever like they, never be hurt or die, and have every question in the universe answered, so long as it doesn't ask for the thoughts of others.
