Not really. After 2014 most forums shit the bed with their moderators going completely insane.

I used to post on rllmuk, ntsc-uk, neogaf, hg101 and selectbutton. But i just lurk here now (and very rarely neogaf).

I used to post on Gamefaqs frequently. Their mods have always been infamously bottom of the barrel subhumans, but in the last few years they went from "rules nazi" style mods who would ban people but technically enforce the TOS rigidly to a bunch of newfags who don't understand site culture.
It was fun to troll there because you could get away with anything as long as you TECHNICALLY toed the line and baited people in a way that was unmoddable.
Nowadays though they have a bunch of fags unironically from Discord and Resetera who hand out six months bans based on 'vibes' instead of any actual rule breaking.
