Do you mean Werewolf the Apocalypse: Earthblood? It's only passable. It's fun if you like gimmicky PS3 era action games, but very rough and every aspect of the story or characters is genuinely insufferable. Not really worth playing, but if you're desperate for werewolves it's like $3 to buy I guess.

If all you want is a short game with regular skill tree for progression + basic combat + various gimmick enemies repeated in different groupings to beat up it is serviceable. I had a lot of fun just fighting soldiers as a werewolf, stealth sections aren't forced for the most part either. I don't think the story is so dumb its funny, it is just not interesting.

That being said you could do worse for $4, I suppose. I put it in the same category as stuff like Mitsurugi Kamui Hikae or Hunter X in that I beat the entire game in one sitting, enjoyed the overall experience and promptly forgot everything about it except the gameplay.
