Unicorn Overlord kind of? It's not exactly full of sunshine, but not exactly full on dark. It's pretty fantastical and neat, including whimsy, with a lot of fantasy.

The original fairy tales are darker than anything in whatever games you're thinking of. The happy Disney ones are the subversions - the harsh stories were to help people face up to the fact that life's not fair, people die early, die sad etc. To get over it. They were subverted into 'happy ever after', setting expectations that can't be achieved, extending dis-satisfaction)

That said, the black goat thing ties into all kinds of satanic imagery at least as far back as Baphomet, so you could include things like SMT and the original Silent Hill as examples, I guess. 'cause 99% of *actual* old fairy tales were written to make kids stay the fuck away from forest/river/strangers while parents were busy working. *Someone* had to have a bad ending for the lesson to stick.
