It almost certainly would've been the original draft of Ayaka that presumably has never been fully released and probably never will. I suspect after that she's never had a true self-insert, presumably because she saw Rumiko's work and realised that men get kind of pissed off if you make a male MC and have the defacto heroine as your self-insert. Instead I suspect all the girls have aspects of her personality, there's always a heroine who's the massive nerd who wants to explain everything (Touko, Ciel, Rin, etc.), the stoic who represses her emotions (Shiki, Hisui, Saber), the victim unable to express her emotions (Fujino, Kohaku, Sakura) and the girl who's emotional state is so volatile it manifests as different personalities (too fucking many to list). And no doubt there's more I can't remember offhand.
