It's full of stuff that people bitched about the game not having as a direct response to the haters instead of being for the fans.
The (not)MGS section is out of place, the time trial racetrack is just stupid, the new structures are useless (chrial bridge is just a ladder than can only be used when not raining), or out of place (jump ramps and extreme jumps are just overly silly and out of place). Things like the stabilizer v4 (a literal jetpack to negate all fall damage) and being able to take carriers on ziplines trivialize an already easy game.
The original vision is hurt by the additions more than it's helped and they just feel tacked on.

The only way to play MGS with Japanese voices is to buy Japanese copies and play it in Japanese. There is no Japanese VO option in any of the games. Buying Japanese copies implies one knows Japanese at some level. Nobody in these threads does.

Keep in mind as well that MGS was unanimously agreed upon to have the best voice acting and stories in gaming- with the dub as the only option.
