It depends on the genre really.
Like if I'm playing a fighting game, I'd drop that shit immediately if it presented me with 5/10 gameplay even if everything else looked and sounded nice and the story was amazing (for a fighting game) since I'm going to be spending 99% of my time playing the main fighting game.
But if it's a JRPG, I'm cool with the 5/10 gameplay because I'm playing it for more than the gameplay and 4 niggas in a row is perfectly average enough to glue everything together while I enjoy the characters and world.

But if I had to pick one, give me a Game B (racing) and I'd be able to replay that for eternity. That's what F-Zero is to me, only thing you'd need to change is that the music and graphic scores should be bumped up a couple of points.

You can't really have 10/10 gameplay without good music/sound. If a sword swing doesn't make a good sound when it severs flesh or rips through metal it won't be a good game. Story is really the only thing that you can pretty much make as an afterthought in video games. Any game that has a 10/10 story almost always has very boring gameplay like JRPGs and Movie-Action games.

Pretty average looking dudebro 3rd person shooter with a story that I can't recall in the slightest, and the only song that's memorable is the 2000's as fuck nu-metal song that was only in a music video that came with the game iirc.
But goddamn, when the gameplay actually kicks off and you get to mess around with all the mind powers, it's both some of the most satisfying and unintentionally funny gameplay you'll ever experience even on replays.

Can't confirm for me personally, I've always liked the rugged space-western style music of Rimworld. I've also immediately liked the Anomaly DLC's music and didn't "just get used to it". A contrarian example is Dawn of War (1), whose music I don't really like ESPECIALLY BECAUSE it got old and stale. I can't say there's a single game where I used to find the music boring or normal and liked it over time.

Game A. Visuals and music are important. Super Mario Bros 3 looks good even though it's old. If the graphics are mid or bad then it distracts from the experience.
