Like replacing a couple coders with jeets who don't even speak the language and having to hire costly contractors to fix whatever the jeet army broke.
Or how Amazon is trying to replace their work force with robots but has to invest a ton into cooling their storage sheds since the robots overheat plus the maintenance of it all, costing them more than just having a couple dudes around doing the work.
