Good thing that doesn't happen.
Almost all exploits are discovered by Microsoft patching them, not by people randomly probing at Windows for vulnerabilities. Also, almost all vulnerabilities are about inappropriate escalation of privileges, i.e. they still require user action to happen.
Almost all malware infections do not involve any exploits whatsoever. They just involve the user executing the malware without knowing it because it's packaged in something else, e.g. porn, cracks, etc.
For people claiming "Oh, but people will find them..." just remember it took well over a decade for shellshock to be discovered and for that one they actually had access to the source code and it was in plain sight.
