Your birthday being the only thing to celebrate in august is a good thing, dummy. People only have so much fucks to give, and if you have your birthday near other holidays they will care even less. I've had to share my birthday with my mom since I was in my teens because it's close to mother's day. My buddy was born on December 24th, and you can imagine the number of people willing to go to a birthday themed Christmas party was pretty low, so he always got stiffed on presents.

I like it because as a kid I autistically wondered why there was a massive haunted land of ghost trains and shit 5 minutes outside of city limits and no one even put up guardrails. At least Red Mountain in SA1 was underground and close enough to the mystic ruins you could assume there was just ancient niggadry at work.
