The fuga games work on a shoestring budget so them reusing assets isn't that bad of a choice and the gameplay also suffers because of this. The first game is the best one in terms of story but the third one is the best one in terms of gameplay while the second game suffers on both fronts because apparently the devs weren't informed Fuga was going to be a trilogy till the first game was near finished.
all in all, the fuga games had a rocky ride.

Xb1 is a good game actually but a bad "Xeno" game. 2 is a tually filled with references and elements from perfect works (mainly the Conduit literally being the Zohar). XB1 was conceived as something unrelated and had to be reworked with DE.
