Waifus are one thing but in all of Soulsbornering there are a total of two characters whose design has any sex appeal whatsoever: Gwynevere with her stack and the DS3 Firekeeper with her bodycon dress, and only the Firekeeper is done "tastefully".

Because she has almost no dialogue and you can only encounter her in one location near the end of the game and the only interaction you get is killing her in a bossfight. By that point every player has already become invested in one of the more obvious waifubaits they can meet earlier.

If Millicent was actually Malenia like might've been the case originally then yeah she'd probably be popular from that angle.

It's because she's not someone you can even talk to/interact with outside of a boss fight. FS planned that at one point in development, but scrapped it. Lot of wasted potential along with many other characters.

She is just a boss with few interactions and she has super AIDS
