I think most people maybe could.
The whole reason they won that fight was against Younger Darby was because he can read minds, and he thought Jotaro was playing the game, even though it was Joseph, and thus, kept making the wrong decision. Jotaro has no idea how to play video games, where as Joseph is probably pretty good, but wouldn't know how to play most games.
