It's like CoC + Princess Maker without any time constraints, it is story, character, item or stat based. Basically you get presented a situation and based on your character's stats or items/equipment you'll be able to reply with or choose different options that lead to different sexual situations and solutions to the problems your character has to overcome.
For example the first mission is about getting information from a whistleblower. If by the time you bother meeting him you've gotten a sexy outfit, worked out enough to get a more attractive body and had sex before to pop the cherry you can directly flirt with him that way and get the information. If you haven't done any of that you can spend your money to get drunk enough near him that your inhibitions are limited and make a deal to trade your services for his info. But you can also bribe him, or convince him that you work for the same company to open him up. It gets a bit more complicated in the next missions, but basically there's different approaches and outcomes to events. The porn writing itself isn't good, but I don't like any written porn really.
I tried to like Fixer because the actual set up, worldbuilding and how you go about the gameplay was cool, but I'm not autistic enough to headcanon that the MC was female and I don't self insert into games so my boner was killed.
