I don't think third worlders care about the latest hardware. Too expensive for them. Most of them are just trying to get by with scapes of food. Most of them don't even have clean drinking water. They just pray for mr beast to get them a clean well.

They don't. Every time you see someone on here talking about how they don't need more than their 1660 or some other trash tier GPU, they're almost certainly a third worlder that can't afford a better PC
