Why did it die?

I would play league again if me and my friends could ever possibly synch up our schedules at all on a regular basis. As it stands, I just think fondly about reinstalls for playing Aram and yordles.

I wish League fucking died genuinely, I hate riot for keeping the yordle girls, Zoe and Annie and Briar trapped in such a shit game.

Ultra Rapid Fire showed how wasted LoL is in riot's hands when a joke event
was 3x as fun as the normal rules. And it didn't help they went and tried to balance
the shop around ARAM with the series of overhauls.

Any multiplayer game without dedicated servers, mod support and a map editor is doomed to die in 2-3 years at most.
You are essentially relying on wagies to drive a constantly interesting product that makes all of its money off of whales.

I quit years ago when automod would ban you cause you said faggot while chinese "boosters" feed every single game and not get punished.
I don't think you can even /all chat anymore. Talking shit was the best part of the game.

Just because they appear to remain "alive" doesn't mean they aren't essentially dead.
League hasn't been worth playing in over a decade for instance and as far as I'm aware is now just an even more brazen whaling operation than anything from the early 2010s, which is quite a feat.
