The Secret World
Worth playing as a solo experience for the story? I thought some of the SWTOR class stories were fun to play solo.

Get ready to grind if you're soloing it

No
The atmosphere is nice but the gameplay is way too jank and the grind way too tedious for the experience to be worth it nowadays

It works fine as a solo game. You won't be able to do the dungeons for zones, which is a little bit of lore missed out on, but eh.
The real pinch you'll feel is how I seem to remember the main spoilers site for Secret World quests ended up shutting down...Secret World had a lot of puzzle game tier quests.

Yeah but its more of a traditional MMO compared to SWTOR, some really great atmospheric sound design and some of the best riddle quests ever made to a MMO.

Templars are fags that is all.

I hate saying this but if you want to solo it just for the story then play secret world legends instead of the original game. It cuts down on alot of the grind. You can eventually solo dungeons in both games but its much faster to get to in SWL. I really miss the first game's community and PVP.

Played most of Solomon Island , the setting and everything was awesome but goddamn it felt like things dragged on right in places where they shouldn't have if that makes sense.

Maybe i'd have a different opinion if i'd played it when it was new.

Solomon Island was great.
Egypt was shit.
Didn't get very far in Transylvania.
