Any improvement i could achieve wouldn't be worth the trouble, as i will most likely still end up as an unhappy, almost worthless person. Just wait a week or two for the depression to go away. If you're lucky, it will go away for a couple months or more. That's how I've been getting on since I turned 30 (35 now) and the depression time keeps getting shorter and the okay time keeps getting longer.
