what build are you using? for me there's only nearest + anisotropic. with that and sharp bilinear it's still far from pixel perfect

Just increase the internal resolution. Also game should be streched to 4:3 since Wii doesn't display square pixels.

I personally moved it to stage 4 since the Something Loopy track is so low energy and gets grating fast, having no business whatsoever being used for an action stage (plus it completely clashes with the other tracks).
