how did things get this bad? Superheroes as a concept saw a literal resurgence in the past twenty years thanks to the movies and tv shows. Yet in that time there have barely been any new video games. Most of them have been Batman, Spider-Man, Injustice, and Marvel Rivals. Both Marvel and DC tried live service with Avengers and Suicide Squad respectively and both failed. Guardians of The Galaxy was decent imo but sequel never. Injustice is cool and all but im not into fightans. I enjoyed Arkham and Sony-Man 1 & 2 but what about the other heroes?
When the MCU first released Cap, Thor and Iron Man all got games but they werent that great. Wolverine had a game around the time Origins Wolverine released and its a cult classic. Punisher and Hulk had games but those were so long ago now. Where are the X-Men besides fighting games? Why no Daredevil game? Did anyone even care about Deadpool's game where he was voiced by Nathan Drake? Would Wonder Woman's game have been any good if it ever released?
