I think they were referring to Clefable, because Cincinno is still a normal type.
Skills Link was a hidden ability, but it wasn't enough to make it viable. Might be a decent low tier end-game cleaner in singles.

I fucking hate pokemon because of this bullshit. This gay little rat thing shouldnt exist and shouldnt be this fucking happy. He lives in a world with huge dragon monsters so he should be runnning and hiding 24/7. But because pokemon is unrealistic slop he gets tojust skip around and be all gay.
