Honestly dropped the game just before her banner. Builds up faster thanks to the boosted anomaly buildup from Yuzu, no other support does that, and iirc only a few w-engines do, one of which being Alice's like you said. You could argue that a faster Blade Etiquette buildup would just fall under "bigger numbers", but I think that's a tangible buff which Alice can only get from Yuzu

As I said, there's a recovery animation on her EX Special. So after she shoots, there's a recoil, when she's pushed back, plus, every agent lingers on-field for a brief moment, after you switch to another. That's when they can get hit. The only safe way to swap is to parry a yellow attack, that gives everyone iframes, not just the active agent.
It's not a big deal, if you're just doing SD or DA, you might even want to trade hits with the enemy, so you wouldn't lose DPS. But if you're doing no-hit run of the Tower, or high intensity HZ, then it's really noticeable when you get hit after switching.

But I'll admit she feels clunky to play. Her main value is that there are no other ice supports in the game. Even if another 4 star ice support showed up I feel she'd get tossed out a window by every Mibibi / Hugo / Ellen player.

Trigger more of a support than straight up stunner. Her aftershocks are basically just a passive daze bonus, but you put her in the team for massive damage buff for your agents, and def shred for enemies. The new stunner set also lets her buff your teams crit damage.
