I always felt like the male characters were way better in the sequels compared to the females since males could climb up ledges of height 2 and I don't recall the females getting any super useful hidden areas with their longer jump. This was the last Monster Rancher game released until they finally did the 1 & 2 remake. Not a bad game, but a real dark time for the series.

This was my introduction to FF12. Not many people seem to know this game even exists. It was an RTS, which I think makes it the only RTS final fantasy to date. Since I sucked ass at RTS games, I didn't have a lot of fun.

Completely overrated, the levels are terribly designed (pits, anyone?) and the bosses are just copypasted half the time.
If it didn't have it's aesthetic and there was no waifu, no one would talk about this game. It's simply a matter of time until people turn on it because it's peddled as this flawless beacon of a game when it is extremely flawed and above average at best. There is a reason why no one has played about/talks about the sequel (which somehow manages to be even worse).

Man I was both the target audience and a kid when I played it, and I never thought of Blaze as a waifu. I thought she was a cool Shadow character whose royal/purple/fiery, which was cool to me.

In regard to that last part though the Agents are actually on the cart and can be unlocked via Action Replay. Almost never hear anybody talk about Ouendan 2, not even in obscure games threads. It's a shame because despite the song list (in my opinion) being slightly weaker than the first game's, I'd still consider it the best because it has the most challenge and improves on the QOL that Elite Beat Agents introduced. Like now instead of being able to only one replay per song, you're allowed to save multiple replays of the same song and the game gives you like 20 slots to save replays. Also the mode that let's you play without seeing the markers is great.
