i was mindblown by the attention to detail it had back then
in hindsight the game is simply picking a premade healing animation and the malaria runs on a timer, but back then it was so ambitious and cool

Just got to a gun safe house/market and pick up one of the guns you've bought and upgrade weapon durability. This whole argument is a literal fucking non-issue if you actually know how to play the game.

This game is mechincally a 10/10 game but was ruined by not having good content, just like Fear
