This is any industry. Friend recently had a house built. He said he'd pay them literally 150% their asking price if they did the job quality. He had an independent inspector come in and check shit after a week and a half, guy found problems with the foundation from them cutting corners. Called the contractor for the build, told him to tell the crew don't come back except to get their lumber.
