Yes. The fact that tech skill is more accessible doesn't diminish the actual applications of it. You'll run into plenty of people who think they're hot shit because they can dash dance, wavedash, and spam aerials without having to L-cancel, but their fundamentals are garbage. Objectively speaking, it's good. I can't speak to your personal preference, however. You may or may not like it. You may hate it at first and then come back to it. You might like it at first and then come to hate it.
