It feels like Game Freak makes all these retarded looking Pokemon while adding a handful of cool ones. All so that they can control which Pokemon become the most popular in any generation.

I don't have any significant connection to any box legendary.
You can't use them in the in-game battle facilities and I've never really played tournaments. (Do official tournaments even sometimes allow them?)
