I've maintained a spreadsheet of every game I've ever beaten in my life. I've maintained it since 2015 and have logged every game I've beaten per year since.

Achievements and trophies help with that honestly. I've never felt a need to remember every game I've played though, but if I see box art of it or someone discussing it the memories flood back to me.

I keep a spreadsheet that records all sorts of info like my score for the game, the ign score, the difference between those two, year of release, genre, and console I played it on. It's a pretty meditative practice all things considered. Also means I can make graphs of all that info.
