I just don't get why my retard idiot faggot moron brain does this with this shitty fucking game I played for a few years as a kid specifically
give me an actually good rpg with funni point and click adventure-esque quests and cool bosses with mechanics and not just a damage race implying rs isn't a damage race and I'm just not a low level shitter so that I don't do this shit again.

Next time this happens, grind the bond but don't use it, stay F2P, you'll burn out much more safely

What I don't get is how much damage you take after the change of protect prayers from 100% damage reduction to 50%.
Is all high level stuff just built with the idea that you have soulsplit or whatever else lifesteal unlocked or that you can burst enemies down quickly or has defense been reworked to also give damage reduction?
