That's an impossible question to answer, but I can say my single favorite track is the theme from Ocarina of Time. It was the first time a piece of music actually conveyed a mood to me, so it holds a special place even outside of video games.

It was perfect literally perfect. Every zone’s bgm was perfect. Not too overpowering like 90% β€œbest videogames music lists”, but an absolute masterful composed amount of subtle delicate melody to be instantly memorable and recognizable

Undertale. It's probably not going to change, because I played the game when I was 15 ten years ago, so now I have nostalgia for it. However, I played a lot of different acclaimed games at the time, so the fact that this is the one soundtrack that stuck with me is an indication of quality.

I think the most impact a video game song ever had on me was when mythic power kicks in at the end of act 1 in Wrath of the Righteous. There's no shortage of absolute bangers in gaming but that moment was amazing and you can tell the devs knew it because the loading screen right after that fight is something like 'leave us a review on steam :)'
