Based autist behavior. I do this every time I play an RPG with randomized world seeds or background perks. Gotta get the perfect start before I even *think* about playing-if the stars aren’t aligned, what’s the point? Not like I was planning to get past the tutorial anyway.

That perfectly describes Twilight 2000 for DOS for me, aka budget Jagged Alliance. It had one of the coolest character creators but the gameplay was absolutely ass and I found out that half the skills didn't even do anything. You literally get to make a squad of characters who's backstory and career path you can choose for them.
