and thats why i largely abandoned playing competitive fps's online in general. I was never hardcore into it, but it spoils the fun when you have to sit there and wonder if you died because you were outplayed, outknowledged, or because your opponents cheated.

Its a shame, the most fun i ever had playing comp-fps was a custom modded WC3 server of CS:Source. It was crazy fun, the idea was the loose-precusor to Overwatch, which is a downgrade from the free mod. It was a close-knit community too, so if anyone ever cheated players would eventually figure it out and purge them, we never had trouble with it.

I was reading posts on the battlefield 6 steam forums, i couldnt believe what i was reading when spergs were crying and telling EA NOT to allow dedicated servers or custom servers. Imagine being that pathetic, they're likely cheaters who seethe at getting filtered out of such servers.
