Probably because the games are just shit now. I don't want to agree with a retarded shitter like LTG but the truth is that all video games are much more casualized because of video games becoming more and more popular. You went from making a game for like 2-3 million people to making a game for almost half of the people on Earth...which a high majority of those people are casual shitters. And they aren't going to continue to buy your game if they aren't having fun, getting blown out, getting their asshole turned inside out every time they turn on your game because most of them don't have 8-10 hours a day to spend mindlessly grinding or training.
On one hand I get it because people have an actual fucking life outside of video games and don't want to spend 8 hours a day like a fucking job shift, grinding or practicing some game.
On the flip side, crying or whining about it is bullshit though. If you spent 2 hours a week playing guitar and some dude spent 60 hours a week playing guitar, obviously he's going to be fucking better at playing guitar than you. In these scenarios people have no problem being shit or someone being better than them....but then you introduce video games into this scenario and suddenly retards think they're entitled to being good at games even if they don't put in the time or effort and to me that's bullshit.
